Recruiters, have you ever been frustrated screening applicants for your job posts and wondered “where have all the good candidates gone”? Well, they are out there – you just haven’t had the right tool to approach them yet. Understanding this pain point, we have decided to make a bold move. This August, for the first time, JobHopin is UNLOCKING ACCESS to our dynamic talent pool. Including hundreds of thousands of active talents from all over Vietnam, updated in real time, the Talent Search tool is where recruiters can locate highly skilled job seekers that are made to measure for their openings.

How does this work? 

The Talent Search tool allows recruiters to proactively search for talents based on specific criteria besides the job title, such as professional skills, seniority, industry, and estimated salary. 

Who can use the Talent Search tool?

Subscribers of JobHopin’s recruitment packages will have access to the Talent Search tool. Previously, JobHopin’s AI would parse the job descriptions and suggest suitable candidates from our database. With this update, recruiters have another option to calibrate their preferences and expand the search while still informed by AI’s insights.

How do we know these talent profiles are active and looking for jobs?

JobHopin has developed a unique indicator called the Hop-in Signals which shows if an employee is looking for new opportunities and how active they are. The AI collects data from all over the job market and filters out some of the most significant signs of job hopping. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Applying for a vacancy on a public job board
  • Uploading their CVs on job search sites
  • Turning on their “Open to new opportunities” badge, or 
  • Directly confirming with JobHopin’s Talent Intelligence specialists 

If these signals are captured within the last 60 days, the talent profile will be marked with High confidence. If more than 60 days have passed since the last Hop-in activity, Low confidence will be displayed.

What happens when I find a matching talent profile?

When recruiter users find an impressive CV, they can add this candidate to the talent pipeline of an opening job. On the Recruiters platform, they can proceed with this candidate like usual: thumbing up the profile to retrieve contact details, phone screening, setting interviews, etc.

Can Job Seekers benefit from the Talent Search tool?

Of course! This feature helps job seekers be discovered and approached by recruiters quicker than ever. With a strong CV showcasing their strongest traits, talent profiles will get so much more exposure to hiring managers. On the other hand, simply switching off the “Open for new opportunities” setting will render their CV private and unavailable to recruiters.

By launching the Talent Search tool along with the Hop-in Signals, JobHopin aims to not only boost companies’ recruitment efficiency but also facilitate their long-term workforce planning and talent management.
